Q Can I use my institution’s logo in the survey header?
A Yes, AkioSurvey contains functionality for custom logos creation and usage in the survey header. The logo can be uploaded in JPG, JPEG, PNG or GIF format. When creating the logo its horizontal alignment must be selected. Logos can be selected for usage for multiple surveys for branding.
This functionality is present in the Professional package.
Q Can I customize my survey's graphical design? I would like to use my company's colors and fonts.
A For free package it is possible to select from a variety of predefined survey color themes. Standard and Professional packages enable functionality of custom theme creation. Font properties and background colors can be customized for survey name, page title, page description, question heading and question body. The custom theme can be reused after definition for multiple surveys.
Q I would like to set a simple to remember address of my survey within the AkioSurvey online platform. Can I customize the default address?
A Yes, it is possible to enter custom easy to remember suffix of the survey within the system. With this approach your survey can have addresses like (the segment in bold is user modifiable):

Q I do not understand survey branching. How does it work?
A AkioSurvey supports branching on question level and page levels.
The question branching is possible for close ended question types. They include multiple choice, matrix of choices and rating scale. It is possible to branch to any following page, to the end of the survey and to the end of survey while disqualifying the response.
For page branching it is also possible to branch to some following page, to the end of the survey and to the end of survey while disqualifying the response.
Response collection
Q Is it possible somehow to identify survey respondents? If yes, how does it work?
A Yes, it is possible. In order to identify respondents their identifiers must be entered into the system. The system then generates a unique response link for each of them. Once the respondent responds it is possible to review their identified response.
This feature is available in the Professional package.
Q I want my respondents to be able to respond to my survey from any device type including tables, mobile phones, laptops, desktops etc. Is this possible?
A Yes, AkioSurvey is designed with mobile first approach. This functionality is available on this platform.
Q Is it possible to add my survey to external page?
A Yes, our surveys can be embedded into external pages. For this propose we let the survey creator to specify the desired survey HTML element dimensions and then just to paste provided HTML code into external page.
Q What is the difference between public and private survey?
A Public surveys are published on page Public Surveys. If your survey is public and opened for responses anyone can respond to it. It is possible to set survey as public by going to the Update Properties form -> Advanced tab -> Publishing options section and then check the Add to Public Surveys check box.
Survey results
Q How can I review the responses for my survey?
A It is possible to review responses as individual respondents entered them. There is also an option to review response summary for survey. This summary includes table histograms and graph representations of the responses.
Q Is it possible to export survey results?
A Yes, it is possible to export all individual responses and survey response summary. The supported export formats for both report types are XLS, CSV and PDF. The export of the results is available in Standard and Professional survey packages.
Q What does it mean that my survey results are public?
A If you set your survey to have a public results then it will become listed among the Public Surveys. Anyone can then click on the Results button on this page and review results of your survey. It is possible to set survey results as public by going to the Update Properties form -> Advanced tab -> Publishing options section and then checking the Make survey results available to the public check box.

Q Which payment methods are accepted by your online survey tool?
A We accept payments via two established paywalls PayPal and PayU. These two paywalls provide options to pay using direct bank wire transfer for selected banks, ordinary wire transfer, Google Pay, Apple Pay, credit/debit card and even money order.
Q Does AkioSurvey utilize automatic reoccurring payment strategy?
A No, we let our customers to select package purchase time period and do not automatically charge you.
Q Is it possible to upgrade once I have purchased a package?
A Yes, it is possible to upgrade to higher package at any time. At the time of the upgrade you will be charged only with the package price difference honoring the package durations and overlaps.
Q: Is it possible to change a starting date of a survey package that has not started yet?
A Yes, it is possible to change starting date of a package in this case.
Q: Which payment currencies are accepted by your online survey tool?
A AkioSurvey supports payments in Australian dollars (AUD), Canadian dollars (CAD), Swiss francs (CHF), Czech crowns (CZK), Euros (EUR), British pounds (GBP), United States dollars (USD) and Japanese yen (JPY).

A In order to increase survey response relevance, it is not possible to earn money by responding public surveys on AkioSurvey.com platform.
